What you will do

• Lead company-wide internal initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Support the launch, execution, and closure of project teams.
• Facilitate high-level planning and align business priorities with execution.
• Track project timelines, manage shifting priorities, and set stakeholder expectations.
• Define and analyze key performance indicators to guide improvements.
• Partner with department heads and leads to optimize value streams and team dynamics.
• Drive process diagnostics and promote continuous improvement using Scaled Kanban.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards and tooling practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a delivery or project manager in a product or technology company.
• Experience managing projects with multiple, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build frameworks, structures, and processes.
• Experience in supporting organizational and cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of Kanban principles, visualization of work, and flow control.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• High level of independence, initiative, and focus.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kanban frameworks: STATIK, KMM, Flight Levels.
• Work experience in PMO or similar structural functions.
• Skills of facilitation, resistance management, and change implementation.
