What you will do
- Provide and support clients through the full onboarding cycle.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Negotiate and close complex B2B deals with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, compliance, payments) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager (B2B), Legal Consultant (Fintech), or Payment Manager (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, E-commerce).
- Good understanding of Fintech and experience in onboarding clients for merchant accounts.
- Excellent communication and self-management skills, with a result-oriented approach.
- English: C1 (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level required).
- Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian is required.
