Что делать

• Run online meetings with prospects, including discovery calls, demos, and Q&A.
• Present the product and tailor the value proposition to the client’s needs and pain points.
• Manage the deal through the funnel to closure, including follow-ups, objections, and commercial terms alignment.
• Document call outcomes and next steps in CRM.
• Coordinate internally on client requirements, integrations, and compliance topics (KYC/AML).

Требования

• Excellent English (fluent business communication, confident sales calls and negotiations).
• Strong experience running B2B sales calls: discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, closing.
• Solid understanding of crypto and fintech fundamentals: blockchain transactions, fees, custody, PSP/payment processing, conversion flows.
• High-level communication and relationship-building skills: active listening, structured questioning, trust-building.
• Consultative selling mindset (value-based approach).
• Process discipline: CRM hygiene, follow-ups, stage management, clear next steps.
