What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients after activation.
• Ensure a smooth and secure start by overseeing first transactions and operational setup.
• Help clients structure and optimize their payment flows, including accounts, cards, crypto, and payouts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with compliance, payments, and support teams.
• Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Drive retention, increase volumes, and product adoption by sharing client insights.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B Customer Success / Account Management.
• Background in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or crypto is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of financial operations and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage international clients independently.
• Strong communication skills in English.
