- Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients after activation.
- Oversee first transactions and operational setup for a smooth and secure start.
- Help clients structure and optimize their payment flows across various methods.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with compliance, payments, and support teams.
- Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities to drive retention and product adoption.
- Share client insights to improve product and processes.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Customer Success or Account Management.
- Background in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or crypto is a a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of financial operations and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage international clients independently.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proactive mindset, structured approach to money-related operations, and analytical thinking.
