Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, BC. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Option to work from home on Wednesdays.

Salary: $211,000 – $269,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Define and own hirify.global's LLM acquisition strategy, shaping how hirify.global shows up in conversational AI interfaces.
• Lead product strategy and execution for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google integrations.
• Build and optimize the LLM-to-trial journey, designing experiments and features for user conversion.
• Own and deliver on growth KPIs including new user acquisition, LLM-to-trial conversion, and activation rate.
• Invent the acquisition playbook for work management products in the age of LLM interfaces.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of product management experience, with majority in growth-focused roles at B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven track record driving acquisition and activation for B2B SaaS products.
• 0→1 builder mentality, thriving in highly ambiguous, pioneering environments.
• Experience with AI/ML products, LLM APIs, or third-party platform integrations, strong preference for conversational AI experience.
• Strong analytical foundation with fluency in experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.
