What you will do
- Manage budgets and forecasts for marketing programs and spend optimization.
- Track spend pacing, analyze variances, and provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement on accruals, reconciliation, and period-close activities.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to confirm campaign details, documentation, and financial materials.
- Assist with requisition creation, purchase order tracking, and invoice processing.
- Support intake, validation, and tracking of partner marketing fund (MDF) requests and claim submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, marketing finance, FP&A, business analysis, or marketing operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret financial and performance data.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across various departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organization and attention to detail.
- English: B2 required
Nice to have
- Experience with financial reconciliation and procurement workflows.
- Background in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with SQL.
