Business Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (HR IT): Analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and developing effective procedures for new HR IT architecture with an accent on process optimization and automation. Focus on project implementation planning, requirement documentation, and stakeholder interaction to ensure structured and efficient operations.

Location: Must be based in and work most of the time from Manila, Philippines. Relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Analyze current IT services, sales planning, mass hiring, and sales agent applications.
• Develop proposals for optimization and automation of HR IT architecture.
• Assess risks and benefits of proposed changes.
• Plan for project implementation.
• Describe processes in "as-is / to-be" format.
• Formulate and document requirements for new systems.
• Interact with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/PM.
• Fluent English, B1+ and higher.
• Skills in gathering and analyzing requirements.
• Experience working with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Skills in describing and optimizing business processes.
• Experience in process automation and IT solution implementation.
