What you will do

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on core modules.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration to meet operational needs.
• Work closely with HR and IT teams to support system usage and improvements.
• Execute assigned topics independently and take ownership of smaller initiatives.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors-related topics.
• Participate in workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and/or operation.
• Solid functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules.
• Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with configuration and customization within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of integrations and data flows.
• Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee).
• SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) knowledge.
