What you will do

• Deliver successful implementations of FeneVision products in collaboration with internal and customer project teams.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers to maximize product value.
• Test configurations and solutions to ensure they meet specific customer requirements.
• Manage task assignments to ensure commitments to the company and clients are met.
• Develop client-facing documentation, including meeting minutes and trip reports.
• Support knowledge transfer across team members and FeneVision groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge in Fenestration manufacturing processes or ERP implementation experience.
• 5-7 years of experience with software implementation.
• 2-3 years of professional consulting experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently at client sites.
• Must be based in or able to work in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid setup).
