Senior HR Business Partner
Hyland

📍 US, Remote

Hyland is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support their Sales & Marketing organizations in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment. This is a high-impact role for an HR leader who thrives on solving complex organizational challenges and influencing business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will shape org design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and reward frameworks—directly supporting the company’s growth.

What you’ll do

— Serve as a strategic HR advisor to Sales & Marketing leadership, providing partnership across organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management and talent management
— Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies that drive go-to-market success and revenue performance
— Lead talent planning, succession, and leadership development for critical roles
— Partner with Total Rewards and Finance on compensation and incentive program design
— Act as an employee champion and change agent, supporting transformation and new business initiatives
— Use data and insights to identify trends, influence decisions, and measure impact of HR programs
— Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure cohesive global support
— Partner with regional HRBPs on local issues

What you bring

— 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant time supporting Sales, Marketing, or go-to-market functions in tech or high-growth environments
— Proven experience partnering with senior leaders on org design, business transformation and change management
— Strong understanding of incentive structures and performance models
— Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and relationship-building skills
— Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
— Strong analytical capability to translate data into insights and recommendations
