Meta is hiring an HR Business Partner to support its tech and/or business organizations. This is a high-impact role for a senior HR leader who can operate both strategically and hands-on, helping teams scale while strengthening Meta’s people and culture foundations.

What you’ll do
— Design and deliver HR solutions focused on scale and growth: strategic planning, talent assessment, change management, and team development
— Partner with leaders at all levels, providing strategic HR guidance, thought partnership, and coaching
— Identify development needs at team, manager, and org level and implement effective solutions
— Use data to provide rigorous analysis, insights, and reporting to support decision-making
— Drive talent management strategies and support individual development planning
— Manage and facilitate the Performance Summary Cycle and engagement surveys
— Collaborate with HR teams across Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs
— Work closely with Regional HR Partners and Employee Relations on global strategy and execution
— Design and facilitate team and offsite sessions
— Lead cross-functional HR projects across Meta

What you bring
— 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent
— Experience supporting global and/or matrixed organizations at scale
— Strong judgment and ability to assess and manage risk
— Deep consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
— Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities
— Experience driving culture, engagement, and community-building initiatives
— Strong project management and change leadership experience
— Ability to use data to generate insights and guide action
— Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and build strong relationships

Nice to have
— BA/BS degree
