What you will do

• Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business vision and goals.
• Design and implement long-term HR strategy and lead cultural transformation.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach for project managers and leadership teams.
• Support managers in building high-performing teams and drive performance management processes.
• Own the entire employee journey, including onboarding, adaptation, retention, and offboarding.
• Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract and retain talent.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HR roles with proven experience in strategic HR or HR Business Partner positions.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build processes from scratch.
