What you will do

• Partner with engineering leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and long-range talent strategy.
• Coach and equip managers with frameworks and tools for onboarding, development, and performance conversations.
• Support the rollout of career frameworks, leveling, and feedback practices.
• Guide sensitive employee relations matters and ensure compliance with European employment laws.
• Strengthen engagement and reinforce hirify.global’s One Team culture globally.
• Collaborate with Talent and People Ops to align hiring plans and ensure seamless onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR/People Business Partner experience supporting engineering, product, or design teams.
• Strong familiarity with European employment law.
• Ability to build trust and influence senior technical leaders.
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues with discretion.
• Data-informed approach to diagnosing organizational issues.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, global, high-growth organization.
