What you will do

• Hire, coach, and inspire a world-class team of AI and distributed systems engineers.
• Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap, aligning innovation with the broader Agentforce mission and setting measurable goals.
• Establish standards for "production-grade AI," defining processes for deployment, reliability, and safety.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between Product Management, Design, and hirify.global Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 8+ years of professional engineering experience with 5+ years of direct people management in a fast-paced environment (SaaS or Startup preferred).
• Technical Depth: Background in software architecture and distributed systems, comfortable leading architectural reviews for AI-driven backends.
• Write Code: Ability to unblock team members and prototype solutions to determine technical direction.
• AI/ML Strategy: Proven experience scaling AI/ML products and understanding the LLM lifecycle.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps to non-technical executive stakeholders and customers.
• Education: B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
