What you will do

• Lead a world-class team of AI and distributed systems engineers, focusing on their career growth and performance.
• Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap for AI agents in back-office processes.
• Establish standards for "production-grade AI," including processes for deployment, reliability, and safety guardrails.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between Product Management, Design, and hirify.global Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience with 5+ years of direct people management, preferably in SaaS or Startup environments.
• Deep background in software architecture and distributed systems.
• Ability to lead by example, unblock team members, and quickly prototype solutions.
• Proven experience scaling AI/ML products, understanding the nuances of the LLM lifecycle (LangChain/LangGraph, vLLM/SGLang).
• Exceptional communication skills for complex technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and customers.
• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
