What you will do

• Hire, train, grow, and manage a team of Solutions Architects in a high-growth environment.
• Ensure customer success and provide significant value to their businesses with hirify.global.
• Establish and maintain relationships across the business to support customers and the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve sales and consumption targets.
• Keep the Solution Architect team technically advanced with the latest technology stack.
• Lead the team through best practices for technical qualification, proof of concepts, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams.
• 7+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product (data warehousing, big data, or machine learning).
• Deep technical understanding of the impact Data & AI can drive within various industry segments.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to technical executives who guide strategic data infrastructure decisions.
• Demonstrated architectural influence, guiding teams and customers towards scalable solutions.
• Experience working with teams across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Must be authorized to work in the US, as access to export-controlled technology may require a U.S. government license.
