What you will do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-driven SaaS platforms.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product capabilities powered by machine learning and advanced data modeling.
• Develop and enforce system architecture standards for secure and efficient AI/ML solutions.
• Advocate for operational excellence, including reliability, security, and performance.
• Guide adoption and safe integration of AI/ML technologies and workflows.
• Foster continuous improvement through mentorship and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent; Technical Degree Preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience and 3+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end SaaS platform delivery at a multi-service or domain level.
• Proven expertise in system design, API development, data modeling, and integrating AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience operating and scaling AI-powered SaaS products across global or enterprise environments.
• Track record of architectural leadership, driving adoption of advanced AI/ML techniques within large-scale, distributed systems.
• Strong background in operational excellence, including monitoring, incident response, and automated quality assurance for AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on experience with safe and ethical integration of generative AI models within SaaS platforms.
