Senior Program Manager, Learning & Development (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as strategic advisor for people development across EMEA and APJ, establishing a global learning consultancy model.
• Shape the global L&D strategy by incorporating international insights, trends, and regional needs.
• Deliver instructor-led programming across the EMEA region, including onboarding and leadership development.
• Lead cross-functional global initiatives and mentor L&D team members.
• Drive regional adoption of strategic learning initiatives through change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and champion emerging learning methodologies, technologies, and AI-forward approaches.
• Use data-driven insights and rigorous reporting to measure program success and ROI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Program Management within a multinational or global organization.
• Proven expertise in designing and scaling global learning programs with direct experience in localization and cultural adaptation.
• Experience with and enthusiasm for using AI to automate and optimize program workflows.
• Strong consultative approach, successfully partnering with senior business leaders.
• Experience in end-to-end program management, including needs analysis, content curation, facilitation, and measurement.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication and influence skills.
• Work from Warsaw, Poland with a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office).
