Salary: 21,100–29,000 PLN gross monthly

• Define and execute the overall L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design and scale development programs focusing on leadership and professional growth.
• Partner with leadership and HRBPs to identify skill gaps and deliver tailored solutions.
• Implement modern hybrid and digital learning approaches.
• Measure program impact and ROI through data analysis and reporting.
• Manage the L&D budget, external vendors, and internal tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an L&D or People Development managerial role.
• Proven ability to build and scale development programs for leaders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence in data analysis and reporting for senior leadership.
• Ability to work onsite or hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.
