What you will do

• Act as a senior advisor to strategic business partners and HR leaders on key domains.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team specialized in consulting, insights, and people analytics.
• Translate complex data and analytics into actionable strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Define and maintain governance frameworks to ensure quality, risk management, and methodology compliance.
• Manage multiple concurrent advisory initiatives while ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new ways of working within the organization.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in HR consulting, people advisory, or internal consultancy.
• Strong people leadership skills with a proven track record of developing and managing teams.
• Substantial experience managing senior-level stakeholders and complex programmes of work.
• Expertise in establishing governance, quality standards, and delivery processes.
• Analytical background with the ability to champion evidence-based decision-making.
• Language: English proficiency required (b2).
