Responsibilities
— Act as a strategic HR partner to senior commercial leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management
— Shape and execute people strategy aligned with business objectives and PepsiCo’s global HR strategy
— Provide insights on workforce trends, talent needs, and organizational effectiveness
— Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership capability development
— Drive organizational design, transformation initiatives, and workforce planning
— Ensure effective implementation of HR programs in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence
— Support employee engagement initiatives and strengthen leadership communication

Requirements
— Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
— 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multinational environments
— Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in commercial or customer-facing functions
— Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
— Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership
— Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
— Professional working proficiency in Polish and English
