What you will do
- Handle requests and perform basic problem analysis.
- Identify and report bugs.
- Standardize solutions and update documentation for L1 and L2 teams.
- Analyze technical issues and create development tasks.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal tools and processes.
- Automate routine tasks.
Requirements
- Experience working with Jira.
- Strong soft skills (ownership and facilitation of ticket handling and resolution processes, proactivity, high level of autonomy).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana).
- Knowledge and practical use of administrative automation tools.
- English at a level sufficient for written communication and reading technical documentation (B2).
- Understanding of software development principles.
- Experience writing simple SQL queries.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Cloud.
- Experience with Google Apps Script.
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Basic knowledge of FinTech.
- Jira administration experience.
