TL;DR

Service Desk Analyst (Fintech): Handling requests, identifying bugs, standardizing solutions, and automating routine tasks within a fast-scaling fintech company. Focus on improving internal tools, processes, and providing technical support to L1 and L2 teams.

Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere in Europe

Salary: We will find the best opportunity and make you an offer starting with $4k/month. Net!

What you will do

  • Handle requests and perform basic problem analysis.
  • Identify and report bugs.
  • Standardize solutions and update documentation for L1 and L2 teams.
  • Analyze technical issues and create development tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal tools and processes.
  • Automate routine tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Jira.
  • Strong soft skills (ownership and facilitation of ticket handling and resolution processes, proactivity, high level of autonomy).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana).
  • Knowledge and practical use of administrative automation tools.
  • English at a level sufficient for written communication and reading technical documentation (B2).
  • Understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience writing simple SQL queries.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Google Apps Script.
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).
  • Understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Basic knowledge of FinTech.
  • Jira administration experience.
  • Experience at a startup.
