Technical Support Engineer

Location: Paris, France with hybrid remote policy

hirify.global builds and scales advanced SEO and AI search technologies for large websites, processing massive datasets with a hybrid cloud and bare-metal architecture.

What you will do

• Support customers and internal teams with technical issues related to hirify.global products.
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Set up technical onboarding involving scripting.
• Escalate technical feedback to Engineering and keep customers informed.
• Monitor customer workflows and supervise release management.
• Act as Incident Commander during major incidents and contribute to internal process improvements.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of Application Support experience in a SaaS environment
• French and English proficiency are mandatory
• Technical background with Linux, Python, web technologies, JavaScript, SQL, and familiarity with AWS, GCP, Django.
• Customer-focused, fast learner, autonomous problem solver.
• Experience with ticket management and support methodologies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GitHub, Jira, and AI agents.
