What you will do

  • Drive the expansion of hirify.global’s Retail Media model across key etail platforms, ensuring consistent adoption and tailored strategies.
  • Enable and empower internal hirify.global teams by delivering expertise, training, and educational programs on retail media best practices.
  • Lead the development and execution of a unified Retail Media framework leveraging data, analytics, and platform capabilities.
  • Manage partnerships with Retail Media Agencies and media channels to drive a full-funnel advertising approach, ensuring performance and innovation.
  • Integrate advanced measurement frameworks and KPIs to monitor and optimize campaign performance, driving efficiency and ROI.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 7+ years in media planning, retail marketing, or digital advertising within a global brand or agency setting.
  • Deep expertise in media channels, retail media platforms, and programmatic technologies (e.g., Criteo, Citrus).
  • Proven track record in developing and managing media strategies covering all funnel stages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with retail customers and agencies across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience embedding advanced measurement and reporting structures.
  • English: B2 proficiency required.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
