What you will do
- Handle support requests and perform basic problem analysis.
- Identify and report bugs to development teams.
- Standardize solutions and maintain documentation for L1 and L2 support teams.
- Analyze technical issues and create development tasks for fixes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal tools and automation processes.
- Automate routine tasks to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience with Jira and monitoring/logging tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Kibana.
- Strong soft skills including ownership, proactivity, and autonomy in ticket handling.
- Knowledge of administrative automation tools and ability to write simple SQL queries.
- Understanding of software development principles.
- English proficiency at B2 level for written communication and technical documentation.
- Must be able to work fully remotely from Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Cloud and Google Apps Script.
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and Jira administration experience.
- Basic knowledge of FinTech and startup experience.
