Senior DevSecOps Manager (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Lead the Israel-based DevSecOps team and own the security posture of hirify.global’s AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure.
• Define the cloud security roadmap, team priorities, quarterly planning, and operating standards.
• Build identity governance, least-privilege access, credential lifecycle, vulnerability management, and workload protection capabilities.
• Embed security controls into the cloud platform, developer toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and software supply chain.
• Replace manual and ticket-based controls with scalable security-as-code automation and reusable platform capabilities.
• Partner with Product Security, R&D, Cloud Engineering, and compliance stakeholders while developing the team’s technical expertise.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading a DevSecOps, DevOps, platform, or cloud security team.
• At least 7 years of hands-on DevOps and cloud security experience.
• Deep experience with AWS security services and controls, including IAM, SCPs, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, and KMS, plus experience with Azure and GCP.
• Strong Kubernetes security experience covering RBAC, pod security, network policies, and runtime tooling.
• Experience securing GitHub organizations and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Crossplane, or equivalent technologies; familiarity with Wiz, Orca Security, or Prisma Cloud.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SOC 2, GDPR, or ISO 27001 compliance programs.
• Security certifications such as CKS, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Argo Workflows.
