What you will do
- Understand and communicate hirify.global’s value proposition and product effectively
- Identify strategic accounts using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism
- Organize and execute a multi-channel prospecting approach balancing personalization and scale
- Collaborate with account executives to secure meetings with target accounts
- Counter objections with excellent interpersonal and technical skills
- Drive market disruption by introducing emerging security technologies and services
Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably pipeline-generating roles
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German required
- Self-starter with ability to create processes for a scaling business
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Ability to empathize with prospects and represent the brand effectively
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland
