What you will do

  • Understand and communicate hirify.global’s value proposition and product effectively
  • Identify strategic accounts using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism
  • Organize and execute a multi-channel prospecting approach balancing personalization and scale
  • Collaborate with account executives to secure meetings with target accounts
  • Counter objections with excellent interpersonal and technical skills
  • Drive market disruption by introducing emerging security technologies and services

Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably pipeline-generating roles
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German required
  • Self-starter with ability to create processes for a scaling business
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Ability to empathize with prospects and represent the brand effectively
  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland
