What you will do
- Identify marketing opportunities and tasks to achieve business goals for new and live titles.
- Devise brand strategy, including brand identity, positioning, and key messaging.
- Build and lead marketing initiatives and campaign strategies based on game content plans and consumer insights.
- Execute marketing programs to drive organic traffic through PR and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (game studios, ASO, Growth) to ensure consistent execution and strategy alignment.
- Build and manage relationships with Game Development, Licensing partners, and external vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strategic thinking with a track record of achieving results.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, 5 days a week at the Downtown Vancouver studio.
