What you will do

• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Threads) for the Canadian territory and coordinate local social calendars with global teams.
• Publish and localize global content while developing local social plans and content for new releases and live games.
• Support local content creation internally or via partners, managing budgets and agency relationships.
• Engage positively with local social audiences and collaborate with other teams to amplify activations.
• Track and report on local social channel performance and share best practices regionally.
• Perform quality checks on localized assets to ensure accuracy and proper translations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media and/or community management.
• Strong knowledge of social media best practices and KPIs.
• Expertise in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian market and its specificities.
• Hybrid role requiring 3 days a week office attendance in Montreal.
