TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, requiring work from one of the offices in Chicago, IL, USA; El Segundo, CA, USA; or Toronto, Canada on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday and Friday offer work-from-home flexibility.

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 USD in Chicago and El Segundo; $136,000 - $146,000 CAD in Toronto, plus leadership bonus.

What you will do

  • Serve as quarterback for the public relations product line, overseeing go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify target markets and develop GTM strategies to capture market share and align with business goals.
  • Formulate compelling messages and positioning strategies to differentiate products.
  • Lead product launches, ensuring cross-functional team alignment for successful rollouts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth Marketing teams on features, benefits, user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in product marketing with proven revenue growth, plus 5 years of management experience.
  • Experience in product activation, cross-selling/up-selling, and driving product-led growth for B2B SaaS products.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and product/project management software tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and public speaking ability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to guide and influence colleagues and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of IPO markets, capital markets, and public relations.
