What you will do
- Oversee NA marketing & content strategy, including consumer and competitive insights.
- Develop social media and broadcast content strategy and schedules for all esports products.
- Lead the production of diverse creative assets like social media graphics, videos, and trailers.
- Manage marketing and content budgets for assigned projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with NA esports product managers and partners on broadcast narratives.
- Follow esports industry marketing trends and share key benchmarks to strengthen strategies.
Requirements
- Prior marketing experience in the video game sector or entertainment.
- Deep knowledge of the esports landscape, especially FPS games, ecosystems, and competitions.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Rigorous, tactful, and creative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects.
- Experience with MS Suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint), Miro, Discord, and basic Photoshop skills.
