What you will do

• Lead complex projects impacting organizational performance and align goals to optimize results.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and communicate with regulatory bodies and auditors.
• Strengthen and develop the global team through hiring and growth opportunities.
• Adapt to changes, delegate effectively, and motivate the team under pressure.
• Analyze team performance and drive global QA strategy and operational efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate on AI automation tools to optimize case management workflows.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years in law enforcement response, trust and safety, compliance, or legal background.
• 5+ years managing global or distributed teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent judgment and strategic thinking.
• Experience with legal request processing, scaling operations, and policy development.
• Availability for on-call duties including weekends.
• Ability to work onsite in Bastrop, TX and travel as needed.

• Experience in Safety/Legal Operations at a tech or social media company.
