What you will do

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in virtual card payments to define strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and coordinate a high-performing team to deliver complex projects and exceed KPIs.
• Design best-practice workflows to improve efficiency and scalability of payment operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence.
• Investigate payment delivery and customer experience issues to uncover root causes and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the United States.
• Subject matter expertise in virtual card payments and payment operations.
• Experience managing high-performing teams and delivering results exceeding KPIs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
