What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 5-10 fraud analysts with a focus on identity and risk management
• Maintain and improve investigation frameworks supporting ML model iteration and validation
• Partner with HR and recruiting for talent sourcing and team administration
• Drive process improvements and innovation in fraud detection and risk mitigation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, compliance, and operations
• Provide coaching, performance management, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence

Requirements

• 4+ years leadership experience managing fraud analyst teams
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology sectors
• Deep knowledge of customer identity, KYC, CIP, FinCrimes, and access controls
• Experience working with machine learning models and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to manage multiple time zones
• Ability to present findings to leadership and drive projects independently

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in management, mathematics, or statistics
• Certifications such as CFE or ACAMS
• Familiarity with SQL or leading teams with SQL expertise
