Salary: $170,000–$220,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Serve as a technical advisor during customer onboarding and implementation.
• Build custom integrations and generalize them into core product features.
• Collaborate with customers to understand workflows and shape the product roadmap.
• Contribute across the stack to deliver high-quality features and improve tooling.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Automate manual work to improve efficiency of customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in San Francisco HQ
• 4+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in startups or fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Comfortable solving complex technical problems and working directly with customers.
• Versatile fullstack skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
