What you will do
- Develop features for hirify.global's Enterprise Command Center including group management and RBAC capabilities
- Create observability and compliance solutions such as insights dashboards, audit logging, and SIEM/API integrations
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with product management to translate enterprise customer requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones
- 4-6 years of software engineering experience with backend and frontend technologies
- Proficiency in Go, Python, Java or similar backend languages and React or similar frontend frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, CI/CD, automated testing, and security best practices
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have
- Experience building enterprise SaaS applications with multi-tenancy
- Familiarity with identity management protocols (OIDC, SAML, SCIM) and access control systems
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic
- Background in billing or metering systems and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
