What you will do

• Develop features for hirify.global's Enterprise Command Center including group management and RBAC capabilities
• Create observability and compliance solutions such as insights dashboards, audit logging, and SIEM/API integrations
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with product management to translate enterprise customer requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones
• 4-6 years of software engineering experience with backend and frontend technologies
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java or similar backend languages and React or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, CI/CD, automated testing, and security best practices
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to have

• Experience building enterprise SaaS applications with multi-tenancy
• Familiarity with identity management protocols (OIDC, SAML, SCIM) and access control systems
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic
• Background in billing or metering systems and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
