What you will do

• Partner with design and product management leaders to identify business opportunities and establish essential metrics.
• Transform raw data into data models, production metrics, scaled reporting, and actionable insights to improve user experience and engagement.
• Work closely with product, marketing, business, and technology teams to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on goals and priorities through clear communication.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry or relevant experience, with a good understanding of live service video games
• Strong product intuition and ability to shape strategy for a complex ecosystem.
• Demonstrated background in influencing products by applying data and measurement to drive alignment.
• Experience in data visualization (Tableau or similar).
• Experience with experimental design and a variety of causal inference methods.
• Experience writing efficient and scalable SQL over billions of rows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with distributed computing using Spark (Scala or PySpark).
• Experience with code version control (Github) and orchestration (Airflow or similar).
• Advanced statistical training and a thorough understanding of the associated strengths and weaknesses of different statistical approaches.
