Location: This role can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
Salary: $122,000 - $260,000 USD (Annual Base Salary Range for SF/NY Hub)

What you will do
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (sales, sales leadership, product marketing, product).
- Analyze current product & technical enablement programs and implement new strategies to fill gaps.
- Establish globally scalable approaches and operating rhythms for product enablement initiatives.
- Work with segment-specific Field Enablement team members to influence onboarding and ramp approaches.
- Collaborate with PM and Product teams to build compelling product/technical content for sales.
- Introduce new learning modalities tailored for modern Sales teams (e.g., microlearning, on-demand content).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales onboarding, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a history of driving process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs that cater to multiple roles and geographies.
- Experience in curriculum design for enablement programs.
Nice to have
- Customer-facing experience (e.g., sales, customer success, consulting).
- Practical experience with hirify.global products.
- Experience with sales methodologies like Command of the Message / MEDDPICC.
