What you will do

  • Define and execute field marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and sales targets.
  • Build and refine strategy based on ROI analysis, pipeline attribution, and predictive analytics.
  • Manage pipeline targets and optimize programs to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales, channel, marketing, and product teams to align campaigns and content.
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience scaling field marketing programs with direct pipeline accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B.
  • Advanced skills in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
