TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (Nordics & UK): Supporting the development and execution of regional marketing programs with an accent on driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets. Focus on localising messaging, managing events, and contributing to ABM initiatives for new business acquisition.

Location: This role is for the Nordics & UK regions. Candidates should be based in or able to work from the UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, or Finland and be willing to travel for occasional team gatherings and regional events.

What you will do

  • Localise marketing messaging, content, and website materials for the UK and Nordic markets.
  • Support the planning and execution of regional events, including trade shows and customer roundtables.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for priority accounts.
  • Assist in developing campaign plans, monitor performance, and report on key metrics.
  • Serve as a key connection point between regional Sales teams and the broader Marketing organisation.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives with local and regional partners.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or similar B2B marketing roles.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting events, campaigns, and/or ABM programs.
  • Strong project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for occasional team gatherings and regional events.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (especially Norwegian or Swedish).
