What you will do

• Support the Revenue Zone experimentation practice by defining success metrics and prioritizing experiments.
• Run end-to-end experiments using engineering support or no-code tools, turning successful ideas into lasting improvements.
• Formulate hypotheses, validate quickly, and decide on scaling or refining experiments.
• Analyze customer feedback and insights to understand reasons behind cancellations or upgrades.
• Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating with partners and managing risks.

Requirements

• Must be located in Americas or Europe.
• 5+ years of product management experience with hands-on revenue lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with SaaS or eCommerce metrics and experimentation cycles.
• Comfortable using AI tools and no-code solutions; ability to write simple code (SQL, scripts) is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and ability to balance financial goals with customer experience.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to adjust plans in a fast-changing market.
