TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (SaaS/Iot Hardware): Lead strategy and product development for cloud subscription and hardware smart home products with an accent on building product management functions from scratch and aligning cross-functional teams. Focus on defining product processes, data-driven decision making, and collaborating with open-source communities and partners.

Location: Remote within Europe, must be based and eligible to work in Europe (Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom)

What you will do

Define and execute product strategy for Cloud and Hardware products from ideation to delivery.
Lead day-to-day product development operations collaborating with engineers, program managers, and leadership.
Align product integration with the Open Home Foundation and community involvement.
Shape product roadmap and break down programs into deadlines with the Program Manager.
Evangelize product management practices and build data-driven decision frameworks.

Requirements

Must be based and eligible to work in Europe.
5-10+ years of senior product management experience with strategy and vision delivery.
Experience building or scaling product functions and working autonomously in multi-disciplinary teams.
Professional fluency in English with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Experience delivering B2C SaaS products and iterative development.

Nice to have

Passion for smart homes and automation.
Experience as a Home Assistant user.
Curiosity and passion for learning.
