What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for users, handling queries via CRM and phone including product features, technical issues, and billing.
- Ensure user satisfaction by tailoring solutions and suggesting best practices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value customers, managing churn risk and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Engage actively with the hirify.global community through forums and software.
- Provide feedback to product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German at native or professional level
- Experience in customer support, ideally in a tech company.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Passion for open-source software and mission-driven work.
- Ability to work remotely with autonomy and flexibility.
