What you will do

  • Be the first point of contact for users, handling queries via CRM and phone including product features, technical issues, and billing.
  • Ensure user satisfaction by tailoring solutions and suggesting best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value customers, managing churn risk and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Engage actively with the hirify.global community through forums and software.
  • Provide feedback to product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German at native or professional level
  • Experience in customer support, ideally in a tech company.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Passion for open-source software and mission-driven work.
  • Ability to work remotely with autonomy and flexibility.
