What you will do

  • Set the vision, priorities, and quarterly goals for Customer Success, owning retention, renewals, expansion, customer satisfaction, and churn reduction.
  • Establish strong risk assessment practices across the customer base, ensuring early identification and mitigation of churn risk.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Success team, creating clarity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Raise the bar on operational excellence across documentation, processes, customer engagement, relationship management, customer health tracking, and admin hygiene in HubSpot and related systems.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align on shared success metrics, strengthen feedback loops, and ensure seamless customer handovers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and scaling Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of driving retention, renewals, and expansion at scale, including proactive churn prevention.
  • Experience building structured processes for customer health and success, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and documentation.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions.
  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functionally.
