What you will do
- Provide business value and technical sales support for assigned opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales to articulate hirify.global's core platform, App Ecosystem, and competitive differentiation.
- Serve as the technical lead and owner of technical deal strategy.
- Strategize with Sales to create business value and contribute to revenue goals.
- Provide and support proof of concepts, connecting technology to business value and ROI.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback.
Requirements
- Must be located in Calgary, Vancouver, or Toronto.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success for a SaaS provider.
- Strong technical experience and understanding of cloud technologies, including APIs, database migrations, and security infrastructure.
- Comfortable delivering technical sales presentations, product positioning, and objection handling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working in partnership with Solutions Engineers.
- Keen interest in improving craft by using AI.
- Baseline understanding of legal domain knowledge.
