What you will do

  • Generate qualified pipeline for the Sales team by identifying high-quality outbound prospects and running early-stage discovery.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and accurately, ensuring smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Educate prospective customers on hirify.global’s value by showcasing relevant automation opportunities and connecting to their business needs.
  • Experiment and optimize prospecting motions, leveraging AI and automation tools to scale high-quality outreach.
  • Maintain strong feedback loops across the organization, sharing insights with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or AI/automation roles where you engaged with customers or influenced pipeline.
  • Experience in SaaS or product-led companies is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments, comfortable testing messaging and tactics.
  • Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn hirify.global’s product deeply, including APIs and AI features.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage outbound and inbound prospecting with discipline.
  • Clear and compelling communicator with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools in your work or eagerness to adopt them quickly and optimize workflows with automation.
