What you will do

  • Lead execution of Microsoft Go To Market strategy within the region and sales segment.
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team of Microsoft Technology Specialists (MTSs) to deliver renewal success and upsell growth.
  • Drive deal strategy with MTSs, ensuring clear win plans and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with the Microsoft field team to drive co-sell alignment and funding utilization.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Microsoft Sales Specialists.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive territory planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, including 5 years of sales experience.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of people management experience.
  • Work experience in the IT industry with Microsoft knowledge is required.
  • Solid understanding of the commercial IT market for software, hardware, and services.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, executive relationship management, and analytical skills.
