What you will do

• Own and manage the regional marketing plan to increase marketing sourced pipeline and customer engagement.
• Drive innovative execution to increase awareness and thought leadership within the region.
• Develop and deliver creative audience programs and events to boost engagement and pipeline.
• Leverage channel and strategic alliance marketing initiatives to scale execution.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with GTM leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage operational systems and data, ensuring accuracy and fiscal responsibility.
• Deliver performance summaries and reporting aligned to KPIs.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of combined marketing experience, preferably in demand generation or field/partner marketing in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the US Market and tangible regional marketing experience.
• Experience working with field sales, channel, alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams.
• Expertise in project, program, and event management.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility, with performance expertise in measuring KPIs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
