What you will do

• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from sales to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Manage project delivery within predefined goals, balancing time, quality, and resources.
• Facilitate meetings to gather input, align expectations, and make informed decisions.
• Interface with Product and Support Teams to address customer issues and training requirements.
• Assess and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Have health information systems, technology, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, Teams, Miro, and Confluence.
• Possess proven project delivery skills, including accurate planning, milestone delivery, resource management, and risk mitigation.
• Be able to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
• Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and communication management skills across multiple functional groups.
• Have experience supporting teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating resources for complex project issue troubleshooting.
