What you will do

• Lead and coordinate IT projects ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Facilitate project meetings to align teams and communicate issues.
• Develop and maintain project proposals, objectives, timelines, and staffing plans.
• Set and track project milestones, managing delays and realigning schedules.
• Establish and implement project communication plans for stakeholders.
• Organize and manage all project phases to ensure on-time completion.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and methods.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in collaborative environments and teamwork.
• Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science or related field.
• PMP certification.
• Training in science, engineering, or business fields.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
